    摘要:

    为研究井下复杂工况对油管特殊螺纹接头的影响,利用Abaqus有限元软件建立螺纹接头有限元模型,在一定径向和轴向过盈量下模拟初始螺纹上扣状态,在不同轴向载荷、内压和温度下分析油管特殊螺纹整体结构完整性以及密封性能,并提出整体密封、局部密封性能指数以及综合安全性能评价方法。结果表明:在不同工况条件下特殊螺纹接头Mises应力和接触压力呈现凹型分布趋势,首尾以及最后一扣退刀槽位置是应力相对集中的薄弱部位;温差增大导致接头结构热胀冷缩变形应力水平有明显提高,内压以及轴向载荷增加使整体密封性能有所提高但台肩局部密封性能存在差异;接头使用螺纹脂提高了螺纹接头整体及局部的密封和安全性能;内压越大温度越高接头安全性越低;螺纹在拉伸载荷工况下整体安全性能有所提高,但局部台肩结合处出现分离致使安全性有所下降;在压缩工况条件下螺纹整体安全性有所上升,但受螺纹结构与抗压缩性能影响,超过一定载荷安全性能反而下降。

    Abstract:

    To study the effect of special threaded joints on tubing in complex working conditions,Abaqus finite element software was used to build the finite element model of the threaded joint.The initial threading state was simulated under a certain radial and axial interference,and the overall structural integrity and sealing performance of the special threads of the tubing were analyzed under different axial load,internal pressure and temperature.An overall sealing performance index,partial sealing performance index,and comprehensive safety performance evaluation method were established.The result shows that the Mises stress and contact pressure of special threaded joints show a concave distribution trend under different working conditions.The position of the first and last buckle undercut grooves is the weak part where the stress is relatively concentrated.The increase of temperature difference leads to a significant increase in the stress level of thermal expansion and contraction deformation the joint structure.The increase of internal pressure and axial load can improve the overall sealing performance,but there are differences in the partial sealing performance of the shoulder.The use of threaded grease in the joint improves the overall and partial sealing and safety performance of the threaded joint.The higher the internal pressure and the higher the temperature,the lower the safety of the joint.The overall safety performance of the thread under tensile load conditions is improved,but the separation of the local shoulder joints reduces the safety.The overall safety of the thread under compressive load is increased,but duo to the influence of the thread structure and compression resistance,the safety performance will decrease when it exceeds a certain load.
