    摘要:

    针对氧化石墨烯无石棉垫片的实际工作情况,建立螺栓法兰系统三维有限元模型,并运用Abaqus软件研究螺栓预紧力、介质内压及垫片尺寸3种因素对氧化石墨烯无石棉垫片应力场的影响;采用稳态温度场对不同介质温度因素进行研究,模拟实际工况下垫片的温度场及应力场分布。结果表明:垫片应力随着螺栓预紧力增大而增大,随着内压载荷及垫片宽度增大而减小;最高温度存在于垫片内侧,且随着介质温度升高,垫片内外侧温度差逐渐的增大;垫片应力沿径向由内到外呈现递增趋势,随着介质温度升高,垫片应力减小;垫片应力沿外侧周向分布不均匀,呈45°为一个周期变化。

    Abstract:

    In view of the actual operation of graphene oxide asbestos-free gaskets,a three-dimensional finite element model of bolt flange system was established,and Abaqus software was used to study the influence of bolt pretension force,medium pressure and gasket size on the stress field of graphene oxide asbestos-free gasket.The temperature factors of different media were studied by using steady-state temperature field to simulate the temperature and stress field distribution of gaskets under actual operating conditions.The results show that the pressure of the gasket increases with the increase of bolt pretension force,and decreases with the increase of the internal pressure load and the width of the gasket.The maximum temperature exists on the inside of the gasket,and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the gasket increases gradually with the increase of the medium temperature.The gasket stress increases from inside to outside along the radial direction,and with the increase of medium temperature,the gasket stress is reduced.The gasket stress is unevenly distributed along the outer perimeter,showing a 45° for a cycle change.
