    摘要:

    根据油封的能量守恒方程以及黏温方程,应用迭代求解,获得不同运行工况参数组合方案的油封唇口区域的温度分布;基于正交试验设计和响应曲面拟合,得到最大温度值和温度差值的油封运行工况极限状态函数,并依据转速、油压、摩擦因数、粗糙度的极限状态函数进行油封的可靠性以及可靠性灵敏度分析。结果表明:温度最大值是研究分析温度对油封可靠性影响的最佳指标;摩擦因数对温度最大值的影响敏感性最高;所研究范围内,粗糙度的均值增加,会使油封可靠度增加,转速、油压、摩擦因数的均值增加,均会降低油封的可靠度;随转速、油压、摩擦因数、粗糙度的方差增加,油封的可靠度均降低。

    Abstract:

    According to the energy conservation equation of oil seal and the viscosity-temperature equation,the temperature distribution of oil seal lip region under different operating conditions was obtained by iterative solution.Based on orthogonal experimental design and response surface fitting,the limit state function of oil seal operating conditions was obtained with the maximum temperature value and the temperature difference value.The reliability and reliability sensitivity of oil seal were analyzed according to limit state function of the parameters such as rotational speed,oil pressure,friction coefficient,roughness.The results show that the maximum temperature is the best index to study and analyze the influence of temperature on oil seal reliability.The friction coefficient has the highest sensitivity to the maximum temperature.Within the scope of study,an increase in the average roughness will increase the reliability of the oil seal,while an increase in the average rotation speed,oil pressure,and friction coefficient will reduce the reliability of the oil seal.As the variance of rotational speed,oil pressure,friction coefficient,and roughness increases,the reliability of the oil seal decreases.
