    摘要:

    铜-碳(碳材料主要包括石墨、碳纤维、碳纳米管、石墨烯等)复合材料因其优异的导电性、导热性和润滑等性能,广泛应用在航天航空、轨道交通、电力电子、武器装备等领域的载流摩擦副中。随着载流摩擦副服役条件越来越苛刻,对铜-碳复合材料的使用性能要求越来越高。介绍铜-碳复合材料的种类和组成,指出铜-碳复合材料存在的问题如强度较低、铜基体与碳材料增强相之间不润湿等,综述铜-碳复合材料的界面改善、制备方法等,并对铜-碳复合材料的发展方向进行展望。

    Abstract:

    Copper-carbon(carbon material mainly includes graphite,carbon fiber,carbon nanotubes,graphene,etc.) composite materials are widely used as current-carrying friction pairs in the field of aerospace,rail transit,power electronics,weapons and other fields due to their excellent electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity,lubrication and other properties.With the increasingly stringent service conditions of current carrying friction pairs,the performance requirements for copper-carbon composite materials are becoming higher.The types and compositions of copper-carbon composite materials were introduced,the problems existing in copper-carbon composite materials were pointed out,such as low strength,non wetting between copper matrix and carbon material reinforcement phase.The interface improvement and preparation methods of copper-carbon composite materials were reviewed,and the development direction of copper-carbon composites in the future was prospected.
