    摘要:

    针对液压传动系统中的旋转动密封O形圈进行优化研究,通过仿真分析与试验得到最终的优化结果。建立基于ABAQUS的橡胶密封O形圈模型,对比分析2种相同硬度级别不同力学性能的丁腈橡胶材料,研究不同材料O形圈在介质载荷状态下的密封面接触应力及初始密封性能。通过台架试验,研究不同截面尺寸O形圈的密封性能,对O形圈尺寸进行优化。结果表明:尺寸对O形圈的静态液压密封性能、低温密封性能、高温密封性能影响不大,尺寸对O形圈动密封磨损性能影响较大;截面直径尺寸控制在设计公差下限时,力学性能较好的NBR材料的O形圈的密封性能最好。通过结合仿真分析与台架验证试验,得出的研究结果为高性能、长寿命密封O形圈的设计与应用提供技术支持。

    Abstract:

    The optimization research on the rotating dynamic seal O-ring in the hydraulic transmission system was conducted,and the final optimization results through simulation analysis and experiments were obtained.The O-ring model based on ABAQUS was established,and two kinds of nitrile rubber materials with the same hardness level and different mechanical properties were compared and analyzed.The contact stress and initial sealing performance of O-rings with different materials under medium load were studied.The test was employed to optimize the size of the O-ring.The results show that the size has little effect on the static hydraulic sealing performance,low-temperature sealing performance and high-temperature sealing performance of the O-ring,but has a greater impact on the dynamic sealing wear performance of the O-ring.The cross-sectional diameter is controlled within the lower limit of the design tolerance,the O-ring made of NBR material with good mechanical properties shows the best sealing performance.The research results obtained by combining simulation analysis and verification test provide technical support for the design and application of high-performing O-rings.
