    摘要:

    分层采油泵作为油田开采中、后期常用设备,其柱塞与泵筒间的密封常采用迷宫密封,由于井下高温高压的工作环境,密封间隙漏失成为影响泵效的主要问题。为探究压差流和剪切流对密封泄漏率的影响,基于计算流体动力学和Fluent动网格技术对密封间隙流场进行仿真实验,利用动网格中网格弹性光顺和网格重构的方法,避免了由运动壁面引起的网格畸变,进一步揭示间隙流场的特性。研究结果表明:在瞬态仿真中由运动壁面引起的剪切流作用更加明显,剪切流速的增大使边界层厚度变薄,进而影响泄漏率;间隙宽度、两端压差和柱塞运动速度对泄漏率均呈现正相关的关系;泄漏率主要受间隙宽度和压差流的影响,受剪切流影响较小。

    Abstract:

    As a common equipment in the middle and late stages of oilfield exploitation,the seal between the plunger and the pump barrel of the layered oil production pump often adopts a labyrinth seal.Due to the high temperature and high pressure working environment underground,the leakage of seal gap has become the main problem affecting pump efficiency.In order to explore the influence of differential pressure flow and shear flow on seal leakage rate,the simulation experiment of seal clearance flow field was carried out based on computational fluid dynamics and Fluent dynamic mesh technology.The method of grid elastic smoothing and grid reconstruction in dynamic grid was used to avoid grid distortion caused by moving wall surface,and the characteristics of clearance flow field were further revealed.The results show that the shear flow caused by the moving wall is more obvious in the transient simulation.The increase of the shear flow velocity makes the boundary layer thickness thinner,which affects the leakage rate.The gap width,the pressure difference at both ends and the relative plunger velocity have a positive correlation with the leakage rate.The leakage rate is mainly affected by the gap width and the pressure difference flow,and is less affected by the shear flow.
