    摘要:

    为提高大型重载静压气体止推轴承承载力和刚度,应用FLUENT15.0对直径150 mm的双排孔节流静压气体止推轴承进行模拟,分析供气压力和轴承间隙对止推轴承压力分布以及刚度和承载力的影响,对比分析轴承间隙内的压力变化和流动情况,并通过与文献实验值进行对比,验证了该方法的准确性。结果表明:随着供气压力的增大,轴承上相同位置处的气膜压力增大,刚度和承载力呈线性增加;随着轴承间隙的增加,气体流速出现了从亚音速向超音速的跨越,轴承间隙内气膜压力骤减,轴承的刚度先增大后减小,承载力一直减小,因此,应合理选择轴承间隙,以维持较高的承载力和轴承刚度,且同时避免超音速区域的出现。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of large heavy-duty hydrostatic gas thrust bearing,the numerical simulation film model of a 150 mm diameter double-row static pressure thrust gas bearing was established by using FLUENT150 simulation software.The influence of gas supply pressure and gas film thickness on the pressure distribution,stiffness and bearing capacity of the thrust bearing was analyzed.The pressure variation and flow in the bearing clearance were compared and analyzed.The accuracy of the presented method was verified by comparing the calculated results with the experimental data.The results show that with the increase of air supply pressure,the air film pressure at the same position on the bearing increases,and the stiffness and bearing capacity increase linearly.With the increase of the bearing clearance,the gas velocity changes from subsonic to supersonic,and the gas film pressure in the bearing clearance decreases sharply,the stiffness of the bearing increases first and then decreases,and the bearing capacity decreases continuously.Therefore,the bearing clearance should be reasonably selected to maintain high bearing capacity and stiffness,and avoid the occurrence of supersonic region.
