The problems existed in the oil air lubrication system of a finishing mill were researched.By enhancing the opening pressure,the quick opening of the one way valve was realized,by adjusting the opening limit of the high pressure valve,the chance of the distributors damage made by the high pressure was reduced,and through adjusting the controlling program of the pressure relay and the system,the failure frequency of the relay was reduced and the production efficiency was improved.
