气浮台轴颈轴承的参数设计

    摘要:

    单轴气浮台气体轴承由止推轴承和轴颈轴承组成,轴颈轴承虽没有负载要求,但要求具有较高的气膜刚度 和一定的径向抗干扰力。对气浮台轴颈轴承按最大刚度准则进行抗干扰设计,表明轴颈轴承采用2个短轴承比长轴承更 能提高刚度和抗干扰力。分析轴承供气孔位置、气膜间隙、供气孔数以及供气孔直径对轴承静态特性的影响,确定轴承 的最佳参数以获得较大的气膜刚度和良好的静压稳定性。对设计的轴颈轴承进行径向抗干扰力校核,保证了气浮台具有 良好的工作性能。

    Abstract:

    The gas journal bearing of single axis air bearing platform is composed of thrust bearing and journal bearing.The journal bearing is required to have high gas film stiffness and radial interference resistance capability though theres no load requirement.The interference resistance design of the gas journal bearing of single axis air bearing platform was performed by means of maximum static stiffness criteria.The result shows that the stiffness and interference resistance capability is improved by using two short connective gas journal bearings compared with one long bearing.The influence of hole position,gas film thickness,hole number and hole diameter on bearings static characteristics were discussed.The optimal parameters of the bearing were determined to obtain a larger gas film stiffness and good static stability.The radial interference resistance capability of the designed bearing was checked,showing that the air floated platform has good working performance.
