    摘要:

    利用机械共混、冷压成型和烧结工艺制备不同含量的磁性纳米Fe3O4填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合密封材料,采用MM 200型摩擦磨损试验机考察其在干摩擦下与45#钢对磨时的摩擦磨损性能,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对磨损表面形貌进行观察并分析磨损机制。结果表明:随磁性纳米Fe3O4含量的增加,复合材料的硬度显著提高,摩擦因数呈现先增大后减小再增大的变化趋势,耐磨性能得到明显改善;当Fe3O4质量分数为15%时,复合密封材料的摩擦因数较小,体积磨损率与纯PTFE相比降低两个数量级;随着Fe3O4含量的增加,磨损机制由纯PTFE的黏着磨损转变为黏着磨损与磨粒磨损共同作用。

    Abstract:

    The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing composite filled with magnetic nano Fe3O4 was prepared by a cold pressing, mechanical blending method and sintering process.The friction and wear performance of the PTFE sealing composite with different nano Fe3O4 content sliding against 45 carbon steel under dry friction condition was investigated on a MM 200 friction and wear tester, the worn surface morphologies were examined and the wear mechanism was analyzed with the help of scanning electron microscope. The results show that along with the increasing of nano Fe3O4 content, the hardness and friction and wear performance of the sealing composite is obviously improved, whereas the friction coefficient is first increased then decreased and again increased. The sealing composite with 15% nano Fe3O4 has the lowest friction coefficient,its volume wear rate is reduced by two orders of magnitude compared with pure PTFE. With the increase of nano Fe3O4content, the wear mechanism is transformed from the adhesive wear of pure PTFE into the combination of adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
