A sealing device used for the simulated sample of the steam cavity was designed based on the sealing requirement of the simulated sample of the steam cavity used for hydrostatic testing of pressure vessel. The design and structure of main components of the sealing device including the simulated sample of the steam cavity and the radial sealing device, and the assembly of the sealing device were introduced. The reliability of the sealing device was verified through test.
