油膜轴承润滑油性能试验研究

    摘要:

    利用轧机油膜轴承试验台对新研制的油膜轴承油RS220和RM220进行台架试验,分析试验台运行性能的稳定性,评价不同轧制工况下油膜轴承油的承载性、抗磨性和抗泡性,测量并拟合润滑油黏温曲线。结果表明:试验台运行性能稳定,能够为油膜轴承油的性能测试提供基本保障;2种润滑油的黏温性能和抗泡性能相当,但润滑油RS220的抗磨性能相对较好,且低速中载时的承载性能较优。

    Abstract:

    Two kinds of newly developed oil film bearing oils, RM220 and RS220 oils were tested on the oil-film bearing test platform of rolling mill. The stability of the test platform was analyzed, the load carrying properties, anti wear performance and anti foam performance of the oil-film bearing oils under different working conditions were estimated, and the viscosity temperature curve was measured and fitted. The results show that the test platform has stable performance in testing the oil-film bearing oils. RM220 and RS220 oils have similar viscosity temperature performance and anti-foam performance, but RS220 oil has good anti-wear performance, and has a better load-carrying property at low speed and medium load.
