In order to more accurately explore the distribution of friction temperature field between the face friction,the real time dynamic friction coefficient and the infrared probe measured temperature of face friction process were used as a boundary condition to import into the COMSOL Multiphysics,the thermal structure coupling analysis was performed,and the calculated results was tested by infrared thermal imager.The results show that the presented numerical calculation method with combination of real time boundary conditions can simulate the transient friction temperature field of face friction more accurately; speed,load and friction coefficient are the main factor affecting the temperature distribution.
