高速可视化剪切黏度测试仪的研制及初步校核

    摘要:

    为了研究实际轴承中油膜在过渡区流动的问题,在借鉴国内外相关科研成果基础上,设计制作一种高速可视化剪切黏度测试仪,解决了测试仪的可视化、高速均匀间隙获得、内外圆筒尺寸及位置精度的控制等问题。通过对几种常见介质剪切黏度的检测校核发现,该测试仪可实现对基础油和复合油剪切黏度的测量,且检测精度满足试验要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the oil film flow of the actual bearing in the transition zone,a high speed visualization shear viscosity tester was developed and designed based on the related research results at home and abroad.The problems were solved for the shear viscosity tester such as visualization,how to get the high speed uniform clearance,and how to control the inner and outer cylinder size and position precision,and etc.The shear viscosity of several common mediums was measured with the new test device.Result shows that the developed shear viscosity tester can measure the shear viscosity of the base oil and compound oil,and the precision can meet the test requirements.
