Aimed at the problems existed in the lubricant formulation optimization such as more performance requirements,index select difficulty and other issues,the combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and entropy method was used to determine the index weight coefficient,and the gray relation projection method was used to construct the lubricant formulation optimization model.Taking the cutting fluid formula as an example,the applicability of the constructed model in lubricant formulation optimization was studied.The results show that the optimization model can elect the lubricant formulation of better overall performance according to the requirement of different performance,and a new way is provided to the comprehensive analysis and assessment of lubricant formulation.
