According to the working characteristics of the cement kiln roller sealing system, a new sealing solution，the two way K-type oil seals with hose clamps was presented. The selection of K type oil seal materials and the mold structure of the K-type oil seal production were investigated. The optimal interference values of the K-type oil seals were obtained by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. The designed two way K-type oil seal with hose clamps has good following performance and high sealing reliability, which can realize the good sealing of the kiln supporting roller.
