基于ANSYS Workbench的气体静压轴承径向特性分析

    摘要:

    提出一种基于ANSYS Workbench的径向特性分析方法。基于计算流体力学的相似原理,建立小孔气体静压主轴的有限元模型,并使用FLUENT模块计算得到主轴微小气膜间隙内的压力场;通过Static Structure静力分析模块进行强度校核,并获取主轴的承载力;基于DOE实验设计方法计算小孔气体静压主轴的径向刚度,并分析周向节流孔个数和节流孔孔径对径向刚度的影响。结果表明,节流孔孔径越大,刚度越小;节流孔周向数量增加,刚度增大。计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,证明该方法的可行性。

    Abstract:

    A new method to analyze radial characteristics was proposed based on ANSYS Workbench. The finite element model was established based on similar principles of computational fluid dynamics, the pressure field of aerostatic bearing in tiny gas gap was calculated by using the FLUENT module. The strength check was processed by Static Structure analysis module, the capacity of aerostatic bearing was also achieved. Radial stiffness of aerostatic bearing was calculated based on the experimental design of DOE, the effect of the number of circumferential orifice and orifice diameter on the radial stiffness was analyzed. The results show that the stiffness is increased with the decrease of the diameter of orifice and the increase of the number of orifice. The calculation results of the new method have good agreement with the experimental results.
