合成酯在铝合金加工液中的润滑性能研究

    摘要:

    根据铝合金材料加工的特点,筛选了7种合成酯应用在铝合金加工液中,通过攻丝扭矩和磨擦磨损实验评价其润滑性能,并同时考察了合成酯对切削液其他性能的影响。结果表明,合成酯在切削液中表现出优异的润滑性能,聚合酯的润滑性要优于多元醇酯和脂肪酸单酯; 合成酯对切削液体系的乳化、防锈性能没有影响,能够满足铝合金加工的要求。

    Abstract:

    According to the processing characteristics of aluminium alloy, 7 kinds of synthetic esters were screened and applied in aluminum alloy cutting fluids, the lubricating properties was evaluated through tapping torque and friction wear tests, and the other performances of the cutting fluids were examined by their corresponding experiments. The results demonstrate that synthetic esters show an excellent lubricating property in formula system, and the lubricating property of polymeric ester is superior to that of polyol ester and fatty acid ester. The synthetic esters make no difference on the emulsification and anti-corrosion performance of the cutting fluid system, thus can meet the requirement of aluminum alloy processing.
