Abstract:The finite element model of an energy-storage slipping sealing ring was established by taking advantage of ANSYS 13.0.The sealing performance of this sealing ring was analyzed in a given working condition, and was compared with that of simple slipping sealing rings. The effect of the geometric parameters of the slipping ring on the sealing performance and stress condition of the structure was analyzed, and the slipping ring structure was redesigned. The results show that, through optimizing the geometric parameters of the slipping ring, such as the top width, the wall width, the labial radius and the slip ring height of the slipping ring, the stress condition of the slipping ring structure in the working environment is improved, the service life is increased and the sealing performance is guaranteed.
