Abstract:With the Subsea tree tubing hanger seal structure as study object,the mechanical models of the metal seals in semi circular contact surface(SealⅠ)and slat contact surface(SealⅡ)were established,and the finite element model were established by using ABAQUS software to analyze the impact of the amount of interference,the pressure and temperature on the maximum Mises stress and maximum contact stress of metal ring,and the distribution of the contact stress on the contact width at different amount of interference.The results show that,with the increase of the amount of interference,the work pressure and temperature,the SealⅠ’s maximum Mises stress and maximum contact stress are increased,and the sealⅡ’s maximum Mises stress and maximum contact stress changes in different tendency.The SealⅠhas larger contact stress and strong sealing ability,but its contact width is relatively narrow.In a certain amount of interference,SealⅡprovides large contact width to ensure good sealing performance.
