Abstract:The sliding friction and wear test scheme of pin disk friction pair was designed with the method of orthogonal experiment. The effect of load, speed, time on friction coefficient was researched on the MMW-1A multifunction vertical friction and wear testing machine.Through the analysis of range and variance, the weight sequence of the abovementioned factors on the friction coefficient was obtained.The test results show that the load has the most significant impact on the friction coefficient.The geometric model of pin disk friction pair was established, the effect of the load on the contact stress was analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS The analysis results show that the pressure distribution on pin contact interface is not uniform, which is small in the middle and large in the margin; With the change of the load, the value of contact stress may change, but not the stress distribution.
