Abstract:The surface of fracturing pump plungers specimen is corroded a series of cylindrical pit textures of different area ratio and diameter by laser.By simulating the seal and friction pairs of 3000 fracturing pump with the motion of pin and plate specimens,the tribological properties of a motion pairs made up of hard 20 steel with different surface textures and elastic Nitrile rubber was investigated in a MDW-1 universal friction and wear testing machine.The experimental results show that the friction coefficient and temperature rise are significantly reduced for the specimens with reasonable layout surface textures,and the pit in the specimen surface can absorb abrasive and avoid the second wear of the specimens.On test conditions of the load of 100 N and the speed of 2.2 m/s,the cylindrical pit textures in uniform distribution,with area ratio of 2% and diameter of 0.20 mm,can reduce friction coefficient and temperature rise by 56.2%,55.4%,respectively.
