Abstract:A coating was prepared by plasma spraying technology. Based on laser surface micro-molding technology, different shapes of surface texture were manufactured on the coating. The experiments of friction and wear properties were carried out under different temperature, surface texture and dosage of lubricant. The evaluation index set of the coating was established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the weight of each index was determined by triangular fuzzy matrix. The fuzzy evaluation model of the coating was established, and the influence factors on the friction and wear properties of the coating were evaluated comprehensively. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result shows good agreement with that of BP neural network method. It provides an intuitive quantization scheme for the evaluation of fine coating.
