采用正交试验方案,研究微量油膜附水滴切削(Oils on Water,OoW)时工件表面粗糙度的变化规律,并与干切削进行比较。通过对试验数据进行多元线性回归处理,建立适用于奥氏体不锈钢OoW切削时的表面粗糙度经验公式。方差分析显示,线性关系高度显著。试验结果表明:在采用较高切削速度、较低进给量、较大背吃刀量时,OoW切削较干切削能获得更理想的表面粗糙度;在相同切削效率的情况下,OoW切削所获取的工件表面粗糙度更低。
Abstract:
The variation of surface roughness of the workpieces by Oils-on-Water(OoW)cutting was studied through orthogonal experiment,and the experimental results were compared with dry cutting.Empirical formula of surface roughness applied to austenitic stainless steel was obtained based on the multiple linear regression analysis of surface roughness data.Variance analysis shows that the empirical formula has highly significant linear relationship.The results of test show that a more ideal surface roughness can be obtained for OoW cutting in higher cutting speed,smaller feed rate and greater cut depth compared with dry cutting,and the lower surface roughness of workpieces can be obtained for OoW cutting at the equal cutting efficiency.
