The influence on friction and wear properties by different structure phosphate extreme-pressure additives during stamping process was researched.The lubricating properties of different structure phosphate additives during stamping process were studied using Optimol SRV and ERICHSEN sheet metal forming machine and combining with molecular thermogravimetric analysis of additives.The results show that the subphosphate extreme-pressure additive with lower decomposition temperature can extremely enhance Ericson trophy value(IE value),and improve the lubrication properties of stamping oils.However along with rising of temperature,the phenomena of “Suddenly increasing” of friction coefficient is easily appeared,which can be avoided by suitably mixing of several additives.
