水基泥浆中P110钢级套管耐磨性能和磨损机制分析

    摘要:

    在下入套管的井中继续钻进会导致套管不同程度的磨损,磨损后套管强度降低会威胁试油完井作业的安全。采用环块式钻杆-套管磨损实验机,研究P110套管在水基泥浆中的磨损性能,测试不同磨损时间、正压力和转速下套管的磨损效率和摩擦因数。通过套管磨损表面SEM图,分析套管磨损机制。结果表明:转速和正压力的变化对套管磨损程度的影响较大, 随着正压力的增加,磨损效率增加,摩擦因数先变大后变小;随着转速的增加,磨损效率和摩擦因数均增加;低压力下套管会发生磨粒和疲劳磨损,高正压力下黏着、磨粒和疲劳磨损同时存在,主要为黏着磨损;减少套管和钻杆间的接触力可控制套管内表面的磨损。

    Abstract:

    The well drilling often leads to the wear of casing in the cased well.The reduced strength of worn casing threatens the safety of well testing and completion.By mean of the ring block drill pipe and casing wear tester,the wear resistance of casing in the water based mud was investigated,the wear efficiency and the friction coefficient of casing at different wear time was measured under the action of different contact force and rotating speed.The wear mechanism of casing was analyzed by SEM pictures of the worn surface.The results show that both the rotating speed and the contact force have bigger influence on the wear of casing.With the increase of contact force,the wear efficiency is increased,the friction coefficient is first increased and then decreased.With the increase of rotating speed,the wear efficiency and the friction coefficient of casing are all increased.The wear mechanism is composed of abrasive and fatigue wear on the casing surface under low contact force,while there are the adhesive,abrasive and fatigue wear under high contact force,but the adhesive wear leads to the most of casing wear.The decrease of the contact force between casing and drill pipe can reduce the wear of the internal surface of casing in well drilling.
