Abstract:Trimethylolpropane triester is an excellent lubrication base oil,which has outstanding biodegrade performance,and can be used to substitue mineral lubricant.With trimethylolpropane and oil acid as the original materials,Ti/Zr solid acid as a catalyst in the tranesterification reaction,trimethylolpropane triester was prepared.The structure of Ti/Zr solid acids was characterized by FTIR,XRD and the catalysis performance was evaluated through esterification reactions,which showed that the solid acid with TiO2/ZrO2 ratio of 1∶1 had a better catalytic performance.The best reaction conditions of the trimethylolpropane triesters were studied.The results show under the condition of temperature of 180 ℃,OA and TMP moral ratio of 4.2∶1,reaction time of 6 h and catalyst loading of 0.5%,the trimethylolpropane conversion rate is reached 99.6% and triesters yield rate is reached 96.9%.
