Aimed at the objective evaluation of environmental impact of grinding,a synthetic evaluation method with selflearning ability was proposed.The clustering center was initialized and the cluster number was determined by the subtractive clustering,and the evaluation model based on adaptive neuralfuzzy inference system was established.The parameters of the evaluation model were optimized and modified with the hybrid algorithm of fuzzy Cmeans algorithm and least mean square algorithm.The simulated test for the camshaft grinding was conducted.The results show that this method has good validity and practicability.
