    摘要:

    针对采用强制喷油润滑的齿轮箱的润滑系统管路复杂、润滑点多、润滑油黏度高的特点,利用Dudley等提出的方法计算该齿轮箱功率损失,提出流量计算与分配原则;综合考虑温度、润滑油黏度、沿程流阻、局部流阻等因素,对系统特性进行仿真分析;对设计的润滑系统进行试验测试和优化,验证设计的润滑系统的有效性。研究表明,利用合适的方法精确计算齿轮箱各润滑点的功率损失,并进行系统总供油量的合理计算与分配,对齿轮箱润滑系统设计和保证齿轮箱可靠运行至关重要;采用高黏度润滑油的复杂管路齿轮箱润滑系统设计,不能忽略管路流阻损失的影响;温度变化对采用高黏度润滑油的复杂管路润滑系统的影响较大,设计时应加以关注。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at characteristic of complex pipeline, various lubrication points and high lubricant viscosity of gearbox lubrication system, gearbox power loss was calculated according to the methods proposed by Dudley, and then principle and methods of flowrate calculating and distributing are put forward. The system characteristics were analyzed with simulation in comprehensively considering factors as temperature, lubricant viscosity, pipeline resistance and local resistance, and so on. The experimental test of the lubrication system was carried out and then the design was optimized, which proved the validity of the lubrication system. The research shows that, it is very important for gearbox lubrication system design and its well running to rationally calculate and distribute total flowrate by using suitable accurate gearbox power loss calculation at every lubrication points. The flow resistance loss can not be ignored when design the gearbox lubrication system with high viscosity and complex pipeline. When design the system, it must be noted that the temperature variety have a big effect to the gearbox lubrication system with high viscosity and complex pipeline.
