超低温轨道式球阀密封补偿结构设计计算

    摘要:

    为补偿工况温度发生变化时超低温轨道式球阀密封面应力的变化,提出一种可用于超低温工况的轨道式球阀密封补偿结构。该密封补偿结构根据轨道式球阀自身的传动特点,将阀杆设计为两段式,并在上下阀杆组件之间设计有弹性件,在工作过程中利用弹性件的蓄能作用,实时补偿由于温差引起的密封变形问题。介绍该补偿结构的设计计算方法,并通过仿真计算证实该密封补偿结构在低温下可大大提高密封的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    In order to compensate the stress variation of sealing surface of the cryogenic orbit ball valve when the temperature changes in working condition,a compensation structure was proposed,which could be used in the ultralow temperature condition.According to the transmission characteristics of orbit ball valve,the value rod was designed as two sections.An elastic component with the energy storage function was designed between the up and down value rod components to compensate the seal deformation caused by the temperature difference in the working condition.The design and calculation method of the compensation structure was introduced.Simulation calculations confirmed that the compensation structure could greatly improve the reliability of sealing in the low temperature.
