    摘要:

    轴流转浆式水轮机工作密封采用双层平板式密封结构,该结构存在运行不稳定、压力波动、平板易磨损等问题。提出在下密封平板增加下压板的方法来改进下平板偏磨和压力波动的问题。通过增加下托板防止了下平板外缘板翘起而导致密封面遭到破坏;使下平板与下抗磨环之间产生面摩擦,避免局部摩擦;防止了下平板外缘反复地翘起和落下而导致的压力波动。经现场实际运用,该密封结构取得了良好的效果。

    Abstract:

    The axial flow and grout type turbine seal adopts a doublelayer flat plate type sealing structure, which existed drawbacks of unstable operation, pressure fluctuation, flat wear, and other problems. A new method of increasing the lower plate in the lower sealing flat plate was put forward to improve the problem of flat side partial grinding and pressure fluctuation. By increasing the lower plate, the damage to sealing surface caused by tilting of lower flat plate edge is prevented, the surface friction between lower flat plate and antiwear ring is produced which avoid the local friction of the lower flat plate, and the pressure fluctuation caused by repeatedly tilting and falling of lower flat plate edge is prevented. The good effect was achieved for this sealing structure in practical application on site.
