新型超声磨粒传感器检测能力实验研究

    摘要:

    搭建测试实验系统对设计新型超声磨粒传感器的磨粒检测能力进行实验分析。利用不同尺寸范围的模拟磨粒对传感器的尺寸检测能力进行实验测量。结果表明,该传感器能够有效检测45~220 μm的磨粒,检测尺寸上限约为220 μm,且具有检测更小磨粒的能力。通过理论计算并与SpectroLNF Q200磨粒自动分析仪进行磨粒浓度检测对比实验表明,该传感器能够有效检测磨粒数量浓度高达14 000个/mL的油液。

    Abstract:

    The experimental system was established to analyze the detecting ability of the designed novel online ultrasonic wear debris sensor.Simulated wear debris with different range of size was used to measure the ability of the sensor to detect debris size.It is revealed that the sensor can detect debris with size from 45 μm to 220 μm.The toplimit of the senso〖JP3〗r’s〖JP〗 size detecting ability is about 220 μm and the sensor may detect wear debris smaller than 45μm.Theoretical calculation and contrastive experiment with the SpectroLNF Q200 (Particle Shape Classifier and Particle Counter) were carried out on detecting wear debris concentration.It is shown that the sensor can analyze oils containing wear debris with concentration as high as 14 000 particles per milliliter.
