水润滑艉轴承的磨损寿命研究

    摘要:

    磨损破坏是水润滑艉轴承最为常见的破坏形式,对其磨损寿命的预测和研究有着重要的现实意义。根据水润滑艉轴承的Streibeck曲线和Meeks模型设计轴承加速寿命试验,并通过试验获得轴承的寿命特征参数;采用基于灰色估计法求解Weibull分布,获得轴承的寿命评估模型;将寿命特征参数代入评估模型中,获得水润滑艉轴承的寿命分布模型。实验结果表明该模型的精度很高,在工程实践中可以利用该模型对滑动轴承的磨损可靠性寿命进行预测。

    Abstract:

    Wear failure is one of the most common failure forms for the water lubricated stern bearing.Accordingly,there is important practical significance to research its wear life.Based on the Streibeck curves and Meeks model of water lubricated stern tube bearing,an accelerated life test of the bearing was designed,and the life characteristic parameters of the bearing were obtained by experiments.The Weibull distribution was solved by the method of grey estimation to achieve the bearing life assessment model.The life characteristic parameters were input to the assessment model to obtain life distribution model of the water lubricated stern tube bearing.The experimental results show that the model is of high precision,which can be used for the wear reliability life test of the sliding bearing in practical engineering.
