油浸封隔器胶筒力学性能试验及相关性机制研究

    摘要:

    按照国标规定方法对油田常用4种封隔器胶筒胶料进行油浸试验,通过单轴拉伸试验获得4种材料的应力-应变曲线。试验结果表明,油浸后胶料的拉断强度与非油浸相比均下降约20%,油浸和非油浸胶料的应力-应变关系趋势基本相同,而随着变形的增加,油浸后胶料逐渐变硬。采用链状分子统计力学进行胶筒材料油浸相关性机制研究,发现油浸后材料产生溶胀以及溶胀引起应变均影响应变能密度函数的形式,与试验结果所得油浸后胶筒应力-应变关系变化趋势相符合。研究结果为更加合理建立封隔器胶筒的本构关系奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    According to national standard method,the oil immersion test on the oilfield commonly used packer rubbers (nitrile rubber and hydrogenated nitrile rubber) was carried out,the stressstrain curves of oilimmersed rubbers were obtained by uniaxial tensile test.The results show that the break strength of immersed packer rubber is decreased by 20%,while the strainstress relationship is consistent,and the immerse packer rubbers are harden with the Increasing deformation.Correlation mechanism on the immersed packer rubber was studied using statistical mechanics of chain molecules.It is shown that the strain energy function of packer rubber is affected by the swelling of rubber after immersed and the strain caused by swelling after immersed.The analysis result of the change of strainstress relationship of rubber is consistent with the test result.This research lays the foundation of establishing constitutive relations of packer rubbers more reasonably.
