船舶艉轴承采用环保润滑油引起高温的原因分析

    摘要:

    针对某船舶系泊试验和航行试验期间出现的尾轴承高温现象,建立尾轴与尾轴承之间润滑的数学模型,研究尾轴转速和润滑油黏度对尾轴与尾轴承之间的油膜压力分布和承载力的影响,并分析尾轴承高温现象发生的主要原因。结果表明,采用的环保润滑油黏度过低,船舶系泊试验和航行试验期间尾轴长时间在低转速区域运行,是导致尾轴承高温现象发生的主要原因,避免尾轴在低转速区域长时间运行和提高润滑油黏度有助于减少和避免尾轴承高温现象的发生。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the occurrence of high temperature alarm of the stern tube bearing on board during the ship building tests in berth and voyage, the mathematical model for the lubrication mechanism between the surface of tail shaft and bearing was established. The effects of the rotation rate of tail shaft and kinematic viscosity of lubricants on the oil film pressure distribution between tail shaft and stern tube bearing and bearing capacity were studied, the main reasons that caused the occurrence of high temperature alarm of stern tube bearing were analyzed. The results show that the kinematic viscosity of the used environmentally acceptable lubricant is too low, and the tail shaft runs for a long period of time at low speed region during the ship building tests in berth and voyage, which are the main reasons to cause the occurrence of high temperature alarm of stern tube bearing. The high temperature phenomena of stern tube bearing can be reduced or avoided by improving viscosity of lubricant and avoiding the tail shaft to run for a long period of time at low speed region.
