    摘要:

    为有效改善冷启动过程中缸套-活塞环的摩擦状态,减少摩擦功率损耗,通过建立混合润滑状态下活塞环-缸套摩擦力的数学模型,研究不同环境温度下冷启动时活塞环-缸套摩擦性能及润滑状态的变化规律,获得某型号柴油机冷启动时活塞环-缸套摩擦力随温度变化的曲线,并拟合提出预测摩擦力随温度变化的模型。结果表明,随着环境温度的降低,活塞环-缸套摩擦力的平均值稍有升高,而摩擦力最大值的升高幅度很大。对活塞环-缸套摩擦力数学模型进行仿真,仿真结果与活塞环-缸套摩擦力温变效应预测模型计算结果误差不大于8.526%,验证构建的最大摩擦力温变数学模型的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    To improve the coldstart friction state of cylinderpiston ring and reduce friction power loss,the variation of coldstart lubrication state and friction properties of pistoncylinder at different ambient temperature was studied by establishing the mathematical model of piston ringcylinder friction under mixed lubrication state.The variation curves of coldstart friction of piston ringcylinder was obtained for a diesel engine,and a model was proposed to predict the piston ringcylinder liner friction varies with temperature.The results show that,with the decrease in ambient temperature,the average friction of cylinderpiston ring is increased slightly,while the maximum friction has a great increment.The mathematical model of piston ringcylinder friction was simulated.The error between the simulation results and the prediction results by the model of piston ringcylinder friction temperature change effects is less than 8.526%,which verifies the reliability of the mathematical model of maximum frictional force.
