    摘要:

    为研究和改善Ni基涂层的摩擦学性能,利用大气等离子喷涂法在316不锈钢基体上制备NiCrBSi涂层、质量分数30%WC掺杂的NiCrBSi30%WC涂层以及质量分数30%WC和15%Mo共同掺杂的NiCrBSi30%WC15%Mo 涂层,研究涂层的物相结构、组织形貌、显微硬度以及大气环境下涂层与GGr15球对磨时的滑动摩擦磨损性能,并分析涂层的磨损机制。结果表明:WC掺杂、WC和Mo的共同掺杂提高了NiCrBSi涂层的显微硬度;NiCrBSi30%WC涂层摩擦因数最大,达到0502 0,NiCrBSi30%WC15%Mo涂层次之,NiCrBSi涂层最小,为0393 8;涂层NiCrBSi30%WC15%Mo耐磨性最佳,较NiCrBSi涂层提升25%,NiCrBSi30%WC次之,而NiCrBSi涂层磨损最为严重。在摩擦过程中,3种涂层上都产生了Fe转移膜,其中NiCrBSi涂层磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损和疲劳剥落,NiCrBSi30%WC、NiCrBSi30%WC15%Mo涂层的磨损机制主要以疲劳剥落为主。

    Abstract:

    In order to study and improve the tribological properties of Ni based coatings,three kinds of coatings,the NiCrBSi coating,the NiCrBSi30%WC coating by doping of 30% WC,the NiCrBSi30%WC15%Mo coating by codoping of 30% WC and 15% Mo were deposited on the surface of 316 stainless steel substrate by means of plasma spraying.The microhardness,morphology and microstructure of the assprayed coatings were tested and analyzed.Reciprocating wear test was conducted to investigate the tribological performance of the three coatings against GCr15 ball as the counterpart of rubbing pair under atmosphere condition.The results show that the doping of WC as well as codoping of WC and Mo improves the hardness of NiCrBSi coatings.NiCrBSi30%WC coating possesses the largest friction coefficient of 0502 0,following by NiCrBSi30%WC15%Mo coating,and NiCrBSi coating possesses the lowest friction coefficient of 0393 8.NiCrBSi 30%WC15%Mo coating shows the best wear resistance,and improving by 25% than the NiCrBSi coating,following by NiCrBSi30%WC coating.During the friction test,Fe transfer films are produced for all the three kinds of coatings when rubbing against GCr15 ball under atmosphere condition.The wear mechanism of NiCrBSi coating is mainly abrasive wear and fatigue spalling,while the main wear form of NiCrBSi30%WC and NiCrBSi30%WC15%Mo coatings is fatigue spalling.
