    摘要:

    为研究高频摩擦噪声的产生机制,在Plint 92摩擦磨损试验机上采用平面-平面接触的旋转滑动摩擦副系统,研究摩擦副间相对滑动速度与高频摩擦噪声的相关性,测得摩擦过程中摩擦因数的变化情况和产生的高频噪声信号及其声压值,提出基于滑动速度变化的摩擦因数和高频噪声声压值的预测方程。结果表明:滑动速度对摩擦因数和高频噪声的产生和演变有重要的影响,摩擦因数对滑动速度的变化呈现一定的阀值性,且大的摩擦因数更易产生高频噪声。对高频噪声信号进行分析,发现高频噪声具有间歇性出现的特点。摩擦因数和高频噪声声压值随滑动速度变化规律具有一致性。

    Abstract:

    To investigate on frictioninduced squeal,a series of experimental tests on the correlation between sliding speed and frictioninduced noise were carried out on the Plint TE92 friction and wear tester with flatflat friction pairs.The friction coefficient,the frictioninduced highfrequency noise signal and the sound pressure level during the friction process were measured,and the prediction equations of sound pressure level and the friction coefficient changed with sliding speed were set up.The test results show that the sliding speed has important influence on the emergence and evolution of highfrequency noise and the mutative of friction coefficient.The change of friction coefficient over sliding speed shows a threshold rule,the higher friction coefficient is more easily to generate squeal.The intermittent appearance of high frequency noise is discovered by analyzing the signal.The variation tendency of the sound pressure level of high frequency noise and the friction coefficient over sliding speed has a good consistency.
