    摘要:

    工业润滑油的黏性是保证润滑性能,传热性能、承载特性等机械性能的核心要素,其受温度影响较大。通过实验测试不同牌号和类型润滑油的黏度随温度变化的关系,分析黏度随温度变化的特点,研究不同类型的黏温关联式的数据处理方法、误差及适用范围。结果表明,润滑油黏度随温度升高而下降,变化趋势为类指数函数;采用单对数算法不能完全消除指数趋势,拟合误差较大;采用双对数算法的MacCoullWright公式拟合精度最高,适用范围广;而采用三次对数算法未能提高拟合精度,并且其计算复杂,在黏度较低情况下会导致数据超出定义域,适用范围受到限制。

    Abstract:

    The viscosity of lubricating oil is the core characteristic of its mechanical properties,which is influenced by temperature directly.To determine the relationship between viscosity and temperature,the viscosities of six types of lubricating oils were measured by experiments,and the trend between viscosity and temperature was analyzed.Several viscositytemperature correlation models were applied to fit the measured data.It is found that the trend between viscosity and temperature is similar to exponential function in general.The single logarithmic method can’t eliminate the exponential trend of viscositytemperature correlation completely,so the fitting residual error is larger.The MacCoullWright model which uses the double logarithmic method has a high fitting precision and it has a wide field of application.The triple logarithmic method can’t improve the fitting precision in contrast with the double logarithmic method,besides,the calculation process is complicated.In the case of low viscosity of lubricating oil such as high temperature condition,the data exceed the logarithmic function definitional domain,hence it restricts the application range of this method.
