    摘要:

    通过筛选性能优良的基础油、润滑剂、防锈防腐蚀剂、乳化剂、硬水稳定剂等添加剂,研制出不含矿物油、硫、磷、氯、硼、苯酚、甲醛、仲胺、重金属、亚硝酸钠等有毒有害物质的环保型半合成切削液。性能测试表明,研制的半合成切削液具有优异的理化性能、稳定性、润滑性和防锈防腐蚀性。实际应用表明,研制的半合成切削液能用于难加工材料如高温合金钢、镍合金、钛合金以及各种铝合金的车、镗、铣、钻、攻丝、拉削、攻螺纹等多种切削加工,可延长刀具寿命,提高加工效率。

    Abstract:

    Through comprehensive compatibility optimization,a environmentally friendly high performance semisynthetic cutting fluid was developed by selected the excellent performance of base oil,lubricant,antirust anticorrosion agent,emulsifier,hard water stabilizer additive etc,which does not contain toxic and harmful substances such as mineral oil,sulfur,phosphorus,chlorine,boron,phenol,formaldehyde,secondary amines,heavy metals,sodium nitrite etc.The performance tests show that the developed semisynthetic cutting fluid has excellent physical and chemical properties,stability,lubrication and antirust corrosion resistance.The practical application show that the developed semisynthetic cutting fluid can be used for the processing of difficult materials such as high alloy steel,nickel alloy,titanium alloy and all kinds of aluminum alloys,which can meet the requirements of milling,boring,drilling,tapping,broaching,tapping screw and other processesIt can extend the tool life and improve the processing efficiency,and it has a very good application prospect.
