    摘要:

    建立某加氢反应器平盖筒体非标准双锥环结构的有限元模型,分析预紧和正常操作工况下密封面的应力分布,并探讨其密封情况;研究径向间隙与垫片密封比压以及垫片应力的关系。结果表明,该非标准双锥环在预紧工况下能够实现初始的密封,在操作工况下能够保持良好的密封效果。垫片密封比压和垫片应力随着径向间隙的增大而增大,该非标准双锥密封按GB1502011中给出的径向间隙取值范围可以实现良好的密封。

    Abstract:

    Through establishing three dimensional finite element analysis(FEA) model of the structure of nonstandard doublecone ring used for the flat cover and cylinder seals of a hydrogenation reaction chamber,the stress distribution on seal faces of gasket in both preloading and working condition were studied,and the seal condition of the nonstandard doublecone ring was discussed.The relation of radial gap with pressure and stress of gasket was also studied.The results show that the nonstandard doublecone ring can achieve original seal in preloading condition,and provide good seal property in working condition.The seal pressure ratio and stress of the gasket are increased along with increasing of radial gap,and this nonstandard doublecone ring seal can achieve good sealing in the range of radial gap given according to standard GB1502011.
