    摘要:

    设计一种用于风力发电机组主轴承密封的结构,该密封结构在迷宫密封对润滑脂进行节流的基础上,采用油封二次加强主轴承润滑密封。考虑到风力发电机组运行环境的多变性,选用了带防尘唇的油封,其材质选用耐磨、耐高温和耐臭氧的氢化丁腈橡胶。采用ANSYS软件计算主轴在极限载荷工况下的变形,推导迷宫轴向间隙与径向间隙的数学关系式,并确定迷宫间隙。

    Abstract:

    A new seal structure of wind turbine bearing was designed,which consisted of a labyrinth seal and a rotary shaft lip type seal.Considering the variable natural conditions in operation of wind turbine,an oil seal with dustproof lip was chosen,which was made of hydrogenated nitrile rubber of antiwear,hightemperature and ozone resistance.The deformation of the bearing in the limit load condition was calculated based on ANSYS.The mathematical relationship between radial clearance and axial clearance of labyrinth seal was derived,and the clearance of labyrinth seal was determined.
