    摘要:

    通过对对流换热的影响因素及高速传动齿轮喷油冷却机制的分析,从理论探讨高速重载航空齿轮喷油润滑系统喷油嘴喷射角度改变对冷却效果的影响;在搭建的试验台上,通过不同喷射角度下的冷却试验,研究喷射角度改变对高速传动齿轮冷却效果的影响规律。研究发现:喷射角度越小,齿面冷却效果越好,在允许的情况下,减小喷油嘴喷射角度能够得到更好地冷却效果。该研究结果对高速重载航空齿轮润滑系统设计具有一定的指导作用。

    Abstract:

    By analyzing the influencing factors of convective heat transfer and the spray oil cooling mechanism of high speed transmission gear,the influence of nozzle injection angle on the cooling effect of highspeed and heavy load aero gear oil spray lubrication system were studied.The experiments on the cooling effect of highspeed and heavy load gear under different injection angles were carried out on the built test platform,the rules of influence on the cooling effect of highspeed and heavy load gear with injection angle changed were investigated.The results show that the smaller the spray angle,the better the tooth surface cooling effect.Under the circumstances permitted,better cooling effect can be realized by decreasing the nozzle spray angle.The results of this study have certain guiding role for the design of high speed and heavy load aero gear oil spray lubrication system.
