    摘要:

    采用空气等离子体方法聚合蓖麻油(CO)以降低其双键含量,得到40 ℃黏度高达5980 mm2/s的聚合油PCOA;通过凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)研究其分子量分布;采用FTIR分析其官能团变化;采用元素分析仪分析其各元素含量;用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察PCOA的摩擦学性能,并与矿物油基润滑油150BS进行比较。结果表明:CO聚合生成的PCOA聚合油,主要由CO的二聚物及高分子量的齐聚物组成,其中的O元素质量分数增加到1615%,引入的N元素质量分数为076%;相比于矿物基础油150BS,PCOA具有更好的黏温性能及低温流动性能、更好的极压性能和减摩性能。

    Abstract:

    Polymerized oil of PCOA with viscosity as high as 598.0 mm2/s at 40 ℃ was prepared by air plasma polymerization to decrease the content of unsaturated double bonds of castor oil (CO).The molecular weight distribution of PCOA was determined with a gel permeation chromatograph (GPC),the changes of function groups were analyzed by FTIR analysis,and the elemental content was analyzed by the elemental analyzer.The tribological properties of PCOA were evaluated with a fourball friction and wear machine,and compared with that of mineral based lubricant 150B.Results indicate that the polymerized oil of PCOA has higher molecular weight,which is mainly composed of the dimers of CO and the oligomers with higher molecular weight.The O content of PCOA is increased to 16.15% and the N content is 0.76%.As compared with mineral base oil of 150BS,PCOA exhibites better viscositytemperature and low temperature properties,and better extreme pressure and friction reducing performance.
