    摘要:

    为研究砂粒在丁腈橡胶三体湿磨粒磨损中的作用机制,利用Abaqus有限元分析软件模拟丁腈橡胶在原油介质三体湿磨粒磨损中尖形和圆形砂粒在不同载荷作用下的运动方式,并探讨橡胶表面的受力变形。利用往复式磨损试验机在与有限元模拟计算相同的条件下进行丁腈橡胶在的三体湿磨粒磨损试验,并结合磨痕表面形貌分析,验证建立的有限元模型的正确性。结果表明,在所研究的载荷范围内,圆形砂粒的运动主要是以滚动为主,对表面的切削较弱,材料表面变形较小;而尖形砂粒在载荷较大时由滚动变为滑动,砂粒前端嵌入橡胶表面产生犁削作用,材料变形程度较大。磨损试验与有限元模拟结果符合较好。

    Abstract:

    In order to the mechanism of sand in threebody wet abrasive wear of nitrile rubber(NBR),the different movements of sharp and round sand in NBR threebody wet abrasive wear at the different applied loads were analyzed by FEM analysis software (Abaqus),and the surface deformation of rubber was discussed.The threebody wet abrasion wear tests were done on NBR using the reciprocating wear tester under the same experimental condition as the simulation.The results of wear experiment were combined with the morphologies of worn surface to verify the correctness of the finite element model.The results show that the movement of round sand at the applied load is mainly dominated by the rolling,resulting in the weak cutting and low deformation on the rubber surface.The movement of sharp sand is changed from rolling to sliding at higher load.The front end of sand is embedded into material surface,which generates the plough action and high deformation.The experimental results are in good agreement with the FEM analysis results.
