    摘要:

    以超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)与类金刚石薄膜(DLC膜)改性Ti6Al4V合金为研究对象,利用有限元法研究人工颈椎间盘的摆动、转动摩擦行为,获得运动角度和轴向载荷对摩擦副接触变形区的影响规律。结果表明:随着轴向载荷、摆动角的增大,剪切应力增大,DLC膜变形量增大,平行于摆动方向的变形量大于垂直于摆动方向,球窝中心区域的薄膜易产生摩擦疲劳,局部区域发生脆性剥落;在转动摩擦时,球窝中心出现黏着,运动处于黏滑混合区,随轴向载荷、转动角的增大,相对滑移区域面积增大,接触应力及摩擦剪切应力逐渐增大,球窝接触边缘薄膜发生脆性剥落,磨损更严重。

    Abstract:

    The high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and Ti6Al4V alloy deposited by diamond like carbon film (DLC film) were chosen as the specimens.Finite element method was used to study the swing and rotation friction behavior of the artificial cervical intervertebral disc.The influences on the contact region of the friction pairs by the angle and load were obtained.The results show that the friction shear force and deformation of DLC film are increases gradually with the increasing of load and swing angular displacement.The displacement of DLC film in the direction which is parallel to swing friction direction is larger than that in the direction which is vertical to the friction.The friction fatigue is generated easily in the center of DLC film socket,thus,brittle spalling is generated in the certain region.During rotation friction,adhesive zone appears in the center of DLC film socket so that the rotation movement area is at the stickslip mixed zone.In addition,the area of the relative slip zone,contact stress and friction shear stress on the contact interface are increased with the increasing of stress and rotation angular displacement.Therefore,the brittle spalling is produced at the edge of the DLC film socket which leads to the more serious wear.
