    摘要:

    为研究油封唇口和轴表面的静态接触特性,利用Ansys有限元分析软件建立油封二维轴对称有限元模型,获得油封唇口的应力和变形,分析安装过盈量、橡胶弹性模量和油封内径对密封唇口接触压力、接触宽度和径向力等接触特性参数的影响。结果表明,随着安装过盈量增加,唇口接触压力的非对称分布特点越显著,最大接触压力先增加后减少,接触宽度先缓慢增加后快速增加,径向力呈近似线性增加的变化规律;过盈量一定时,随着橡胶弹性模量提高,唇口接触特性参数增大;随着油封内径增大,唇口接触特性参数减小。

    Abstract:

    A twodimensional axisymmetric finite element model based on Ansys was presented to investigate the static contact properties of oil seal,the sealing lip stress and displacement were obtained,the effects of the various interference fits between the shaft and oil seal,rubberlike materials elastic modules and oil seal inner diameter on contact pressure,contact width and radial force were investigated.The results show that asymmetric distribution of contact pressure is more obvious when the interference fits is higher,the maximum contact pressure begins to increase then slowly decrease,the contact width increases slowly then grows rapidly,and the radial force linearly is increase with the interference fits;the amplitude of contact parameters is increased with rubberlike material modulus of elasticity,while decreased with oil seal inner diameter under the same interference fits.
