    摘要:

    为提升油液监测和故障诊断的有效性和准确性,采用相关性分析的基本思路和方法,通过对光谱元素、添加剂含量、酸值和水分等特定项目检测结果的分析,探究其在给定条件下的变化规律。结果表明,光谱元素与添加剂变化以及摩擦副磨损状况、酸值与水分以及工况条件有相关性,综合应用这些信息可以更准确地进行油液监测和故障诊断。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of oil monitoring and fault diagnosis,the basic thinkings and methods of correlation analysis were used to explore the change regulation of spectral element,additive content,acid number and water content under given conditions through the analysis of the test results.The results indicate that there are correlation between the spectral element and additive variation and wear of friction pair,as well as acid number and water content with wear conditions.The integrated application of those information contributes to make the oil monitoring and fault diagnosis more accurately.
