    摘要:

    利用高速打磨试验台开展有水介质和无水介质条件下的钢轨高速打磨试验,研究水介质对磨石受力、钢轨打磨量、磨石磨损率、钢轨表面粗糙度等的影响。结果表明:在水介质存在的条件下,磨石所受横向力的波动明显降低,有利于打磨车作业的安全性;水介质的存在使钢轨打磨量略有降低,但不影响正常打磨作业;水介质的存在有利于降低磨石磨损速率和提高钢轨表面打磨后的光洁度,有利于钢轨的高速打磨作业。

    Abstract:

    Highspeed grinding tests were conducted on a special test rig under wet and dry conditions,and the effects of water presence on the grinding stone force,rail cutting volume,grinding stone wear rate,and rail surface roughness were studied.The results show that the grinding stone lateral force fluctuation under wet condition is smaller than that under dry condition,which is preferred for the highspeed grinding operation.The rail cutting volume is decreased a little under wet condition,which has slight influence on grinding operation.The grinding stone wear rate is reduced and rail surface roughness after grinding is improved under wet condition,which is beneficial to the highspeed grinding.
