    摘要:

    目前专门用于研究橡胶水润滑性能的软件较少且功能不完善,且现有的橡胶水润滑性能测试系统存在加载方式复杂引起的各种不可预测结果,加载结构中的其他附件影响加载的大小,复杂加载方式导致橡胶原料耗费较大等不足。为满足橡胶水润滑性能研究的实验要求,设计一种基于LabVIEW的L型加载橡胶水润滑性能测试系统,并采用该系统对丁腈橡胶的水润滑性能进行研究。实验表明,该橡胶水润滑性能测试系统系统稳定,测试数据可靠,后期维护和添加功能方便,且L型加载方式具有结构简单、易于实现、成本低廉和节省实验原料的优点。

    Abstract:

    The software used to study the water lubrication performance of rubber is less and the function is not perfect at present.There are some shortcoming of the existing rubber water lubrication performance testing system,such that the complicated loading methods will cause all kinds of unpredictable results and lead to large consumption of rubber raw materials,and other attachments in the load structure will affect the size of the load.In order to meet the requirements of the experimental research on the performance of the water lubricated rubber,a rubber performance test system with Ltype loading mode based on LabVIEW was designed,and was used to research the water lubrication performance of nitrilebutadiene rubber (NBR).The experiment shows that this rubber water lubrication performance testing system has good system stability and can obtain reliable data,it is convenient for postmaintenance and adding function,and Ltype loading method has the advantages of simple structure,easy realization,low cost and saving raw materials.
